Индустриальные парки страны встретились на Общем собрании АИП России в Москве
On July 26, 2019, a general meeting of members of the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia was held in Moscow. The territory of the SEZ "Zelenograd", managed by JSC "Technopolis" Moscow ", was chosen as the venue. The event brought together more than 100 participants from 36 regions. Along with the management companies of industrial parks and the SEZ, regional development corporations, consulting, design and construction companies that are members of the Association took part in it. Various service companies make up about 20% of the Association’s membership base, which now covers all the needs of investors in the field of production placement, including site selection, market research, preparation of pre-project documentation, design, construction, equipment supply and engineering, energy supply and operation of industrial facilities.
Companies - participants of AIP can provide project management and construction supervision functions, general contractor and technical customer functions, as well as offer separate special services on a contract basis.
The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of the AIP of Russia and is held once a year to resolve major issues stipulated by the Charter.
This year, along with the approval of the annual accounts, the meeting’s participants focused on discussing the priorities of the organization’s activities and forming plans for a three-year perspective.
Also, the General Meeting adopted a number of personnel decisions. For the next three-year period, the executive director of the AIP of Russia has been appointed; he has again become Denis Zhuravsky, who has held this post since the establishment of the Association in 2010. A new composition of the Certification Commission has been formed, the meeting of which will take place in September 2019.
The participants of the General Meeting rejected the initiative to amend the National Standard GOST R 56301 - 2014 “Industrial Parks. Requirements ”, the majority of AIP members are in favor of maintaining current requirements for parks and do not support their reduction.
At the same time, the meeting participants proposed several new initiatives to change the regulatory framework in terms of expanding government support measures (including non-financial) for management companies and residents of industrial parks. Further development of these initiatives will be undertaken by the executive management of the AIP.
After the completion of the General Meeting, the Summer BBQ Reception was organized, during which members of the Association and invited guests had the opportunity to establish new working contacts in the industry and discuss cooperation.
The next General Assembly in 2020 is planned to be combined with the anniversary Congress of industrial parks in Russia, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the AIP.
